SMS / Messaging Terms
These Messaging Terms describe how text messaging works through CenterSuite, operated by CenterSuite LLC ("we," "us"). Centers using CenterSuite send messages to their own families under their own consent; CenterSuite provides the messaging tools and handles carrier registration.
Consent (opt-in)
You receive text messages only after you provide your mobile number and agree to receive them — for example on an enrollment form, a center's opt-in page, or by texting in. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who hasn't opted in.
What we send
Messages relate to your center: class reminders and schedule changes, attendance and progress notices, account and billing reminders, and occasional updates. Centers control what they send to their families.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your center's activity and your account. You're never charged by us for receiving texts.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out & help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you'll get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact your center directly. You can also opt out per category from any message's link.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. Messaging data is used to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
